Why does the Stokke® Crusi™ not have Car Seat Adaptors?
Car seat adapters, such as those available for the Stokke® Xplory® stroller, are not available for the Stokke® Crusi™ stroller. The reason for this is that the car seat brands which are compatible with Stokke® car seat adapters have harnesses exposed at the back side. This would present a safety concern when such a car seat is used in the sibling configuration of the Stokke® Crusi™ stroller, as the child seated in the lower seat could grab on to the car seat harness.
As a car seat solution for the Stokke® Crusi the Stokke® iZi Go™ or iziSleep™ car seats are available. The harnesses on these models are concealed and safe for use when a child is seated below it in the Crusi™ Sibling Seat. Everything we do is in the best interest of the child and sometimes that does pose limits to the compatibility of our products with products or product components from other manufacturers.

Which Stokke car seats are compatible with the Stokke® Beat™ stroller?
Stokke offers 2 co-branded car seats which fit without an adaptor to Stokke strollers.
Stokke® izi Go Modular™ by Besafe®, Stokke® izi Go X1™ by Besafe® (Worldwide outside of the US) and Stokke® Pipa™ by Nuna® (only available in US) are compatible with Stokke® Beat.

Do I need an adapter for it?
Stokke® iZi Go Modular™ by Besafe® has an integrated adapter so you do not need any additional adaptors or parts to use it in conjunction with a Stokke® Crusi, Scoot and Trailz.
Please note that the Stokke® iZi Go Modular™ by Besafe® can be attached to Xplory starting with serial number 24770 and above.

Are Stokke® car seat adapters compatible with all Xplory® chassis?
The Stokke® car seat adaptors are compatible with Xplory® strollers with serial numbers 24771 and up.
Earlier models cannot be upgraded to fit the car seat adapters. Our own Stokke® iZi Sleep™ by BeSafe® car seat, which was launched in 2010 and which is especially adapted to be mounted directly on the chassis of the Stokke® Xplory® stroller without the need for adapters, can be used on any Stokke® Xplory® chassis, regardless of the model or year of production.

How do I know whether the Stokke® Xplory® car seat adapters fit my Stokke® Xplory® Stroller?
The Stokke® Xplory® Car Seat Adaptors can be attached to all Stokke® Xplory® Strollers chassis from serial numbers 24770 on. An upgrade of previous models is not possible.
