What items can be returned?
Stokke.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted. All returned items must be:

  • In "like new" condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Including all parts, accessories, manuals etc
  • Include original packing slip

 

How to return a product
For us to process the return you are required to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from us. These are the steps needed when returning a product:

  • Request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from info-usa@stokke.com
  • Please pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. 
  • Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service, and request a tracking number
  • Items are received and we validate the damage/defect.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.

 

No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. The original or express shipping charges are non refundable. If you received a damaged item, have missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact us at info-usa@stokke.com or toll free at 1.877.978.6553. Incorrect or merchandise damaged from shipping, may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale and not returnable.
