Tripp Trapp® Test winner – for the third time!
German consumer testing agency Stiftung Warentest confirms: Tripp Trapp® by Stokke continues to be the benchmark for children’s highchairs.
For the third time in a row, the foundation which provides independent testing of consumer products elected the market leader to be the undisputed test winner, awarding it the quality evaluation “good” (1.6).
In the August 2007 issue of its magazine „test“, Stiftung Warentest once again performed a scrupulous examination of the security and functionality of high chairs. Besides child-friendly design, the test criteria included the durability, handling, contamination and, above all, the security of the high chairs. Out of 15 highchairs tested, Tripp Trapp was the only one to receive the result “very good“ for security. Similarly, it was rated “very good” for durability and in its freedom from any contamination.
Already in “test 9/2000“, Tripp Trapp was rated „very good“ (1,4) and came out as the best of 15 entries. Almost three years later, in issue 3/2003, Tripp Trapp was awarded the rating „good“ (1,6) and was again the winner of the test.
Tripp Trapp is a highchair that grows with the child. It is extremely robust and provides the child with the optimal support in each stage of its development. The seat and the foot rest can be adjusted in many ways – in its height as well as – which is no less important – in the depth and infinitely at that. Therefore the child always enjoys a safe support as well as sufficient ease of movement.
Children always like to be at the center of things no matter where they are. This led Stokke to believe that it is important to actively include children from a very early age, especially in life around the table.
For that reason there is no separate attachable table top for Tripp Trapp which would separate the child from the family table. sThe child is always positioned at the perfect height and in the posture that is correct for body development when joining the family at the big table.
