My new Stokke® Tripp Trapp® chair seems wobbly after assembly. Did I do something wrong?
Loosen all screws slightly, make sure the chair is standing on a level surface, have an adult sit on the upper plate, and tighten the screws one by one – alternating between top left, bottom right and so on. The chair should now be stable.
If this is not the case, please submit a claim with the retailer you purchased your Tripp Trapp® from, providing them with the serial number (which is located on the bottom of one of the siderunners) and both of the chair's legs, so that they can order a replacement pair for you.
Can I get a 5-point (US) harness in Europe?

Why is there no tray table fixed to the Stokke® Tripp Trapp® chair?
The Stokke® Table Top, a plastic tray with colourful templates which can be changed according to the child's age, was especially designed to complement the Tripp Trapp® chair in the highchair phase. Available in the US and Canada only is the new Stokke® Tray, designed especially to be attached to the Stokke® Tripp Trapp® high chair in combination with the Tripp Trapp® Baby Set™. The Stokke® Tray comes in a single color, white, and is made of recyclable polypropylene, and guaranteed free from bisphenol and phtalates. Maintenance is easy as the Stokke® Tray is dishwasher safe.
How do I get spare parts for my Stokke® Tripp Trapp® chair?
If your Stokke® Tripp Trapp® is damaged, we kindly ask you to contact the shop where you originally purchased the product and provide them with information regarding the damage as well as the chair's serial number (printed on the box and on the bottom section of the chair). If it is inconvenient to contact the original retailer, you can also contact any other Stokke® retail partner for assistance. Depending on the type of problem, the retailer will be able either to order a replacement part on your behalf or to have the chair replaced in its entirety. Replacements for missing parts of the Stokke® Tripp Trapp® chair, such as seating or foot plates, can be ordered directly from your local Stokke® retailer. If you simply need to replace some of the smaller parts, such as a couple of bolts or the plastic feet, we would be happy to offer these free of charge, provided you are located in the European Union. In that case, please send us an email including your full address details.
The details you enter in your registration must correspond to those on the proof of purchase. You are also asked to provide the serial number of the chair, which you will find printed on the bottom strut. After completing the registration, the registration certificate will be sent to you via email. You can place your claim for replacement parts with the retailer producing both the registration certificate and the original proof of purchase.
