Returns

You can return your products ordered on stokke.com free of charge within 30 days of delivery. To do this, please use the special return label you can find here

What items can be returned?

• Only items purchased directly from stokke.com are eligible for return.

• Products bought through other retailers must be returned through the original seller.

• Returned items must be complete, in their original packaging, and in unused condition. This includes all parts, accessories, manuals, etc.

• Bundled items and gifts must be returned as a complete set to qualify for a refund.
• Personalized engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How does the return work?

· Click here to create your free return label through our website and simply follow the instructions.

· We’ll provide all the necessary information to generate your label, which you’ll receive by email—either to print or as a QR code.

· Once you have your label, just print it, attach it clearly to your package, and drop it off at a nearby parcel drop-off location.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

• This may take up to 14 days.

• Items missing parts, original packaging, or manuals may not be fully refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free of charge when using the Fedex return label provided through our portal.
