How has being employed in a global company, like Stokke, changed the way you work or think?
It has enabled me to visit and collaborate with different cultures. Having two children of my own, I don’t switch of my creativity regarding new and innovative products when leaving the office. My home is like a constant field study!

Area Sales Manager for the US and Canadian market. I work out of my home, which is located in Southern California.
My current focus is on developing the premium department store channel for Stokke in the US market.
Why did you choose to work for Stokke?
I was immediately drawn to the design of the products and the unique concepts. I knew I had come across a really special opportunity. In the sales world, having a special and truly unique product to sell, is like finding gold. Every employee on our team carries more than their own weight, and really has the opportunity to make a real difference in our business. I also came to Stokke because I love having co-workers from all over the world and getting to be part of a truly international company culture.
What is the most fulfilling part of your job?
As a mother, I am a whole-hearted advocate of Stokke products both on and off the clock, which is the most fulfilling part of my job. I am extremely passionate about how Stokke products have helped enhance the amount of bonding time that I have had with my own daughter over the past 3 years. Therefore, I am passionate about wanting other parents in the US to be able to experience the joys of using our products with their own children and it is easy to stay focused on selling when helping other parents and children is at stake. While I work hard and travel a lot, I have the flexibility and support system at Stokke that is needed to be able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
