How to order from Stokke.com

Finding the items you wish to purchase:
All our main products are found in the top category menu. Here you will be able to see more pictures, read about features and benefits and of course make a purchase. You can also search by clicking on the magnifying glass in the top right corner.

All accessories and spare parts are linked to the main products found in the top category menu. You can use the search function as well.

Add the Items to Your Cart
When you have found the item you wish to buy, simply select quantity and/or color and click “Add to cart”
Review Your Cart
To look at your Cart or go to the secure checkout simply click on the Cart symbol in the top right corner. After opening your cart you can change the quantity or remove products if you wish. You can continue shopping by navigating to a Category in the top menu or searching.
Continue to Checkout
Once you are satisfied with the content of your cart, you can go to the next step. If you have created an account on Stokke.com you can sign in with your email address and password. If this is your first time shopping at Stokke, click “Checkout”. You will be given the option to register account later in the checkout.
In the next step of the checkout you will need to enter the Shipping Address. Note that we only ship to select countries in Europe for now. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, then check the box that says “Use this address for Billing”.
Enter your email address and phone number as well so we can send you an order confirmation or call you regarding your order if needed.
Select the desired shipping method if options are available.
If you have selected to use different shipping and billing address, you can enter your billing address in this step. Continue by clicking “NEXT”.
In this step of the checkout you will be presented with an overview of your order with shipping and taxes included. If everything is correct you can continue to payment by clicking “Submit Order”.
Place order / Payment
To complete the purchase enter your credit card details. In some markets you can pay using SoFort. Stokke accepts Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers and is securely handled. After you have entered the required information you confirm and place the order by clicking “Place Order”.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of the order to your registered email address.
Create an account
You do not need to create an account before you order but will be given the option to do so after your order is complete.
