    How can I find out if my Bouncer or Newborn Set is affected?

    Please go to https://reclamations.stokke.com/stepsbouncer

    and enter the serial number to check whether your product is affected.

    Where do I find the serial number?

    Serial number can be found on the lower part under the chassis

    Is there any safety risk?

    No injuries have been reported, but there is a potential safety risk. Stokke Steps Bouncer and Stokke Steps Newborn Set may not attach properly to the chair even though the locking indicator turns green. Replacing part of the product, we will eliminate this risk.

               

    What is the repair?

    We have modified the locking triggers on the bouncer and newborn set.

    I have a Bouncer or a Newborn Set with a different serial number. How can you guarantee that this product is safe?

    Products with non-affected serial numbers are safe.

    If my product is affected, what shall I do?

    Until you find out whether your product is affected, you should immediately stop using the combination of Stokke Steps Chair and Bouncer/Newborn Set. Then go to https://reclamations.stokke.com/stepsbouncer to check whether your product is affected. If the product is verified as affected, you should continue your registration to receive instructions on how to get your product repaired.

    I have a Steps chair and a Steps Bouncer or a Newborn Set. Can I use them separately?

    Used separately, the Stokke Steps Chair and the Stokke Steps Bouncer represent no risk and are safe to use. The Stokke Steps Newborn Set can only be used with the chair.

    If my product is affected, do I get a new one?

    If your product is verified as affected, we will provide part to replace free of charge. You can go to  https://reclamations.stokke.com/stepsbouncer to check whether your product is affected.
