Returns

You can return your products ordered on stokke.com free of charge within 30 days of delivery. To do this, please use the UPS return label and customs declaration form provided.


What items can be returned?

  • Only items purchased directly from stokke.com are eligible for return.
  • Products bought through other retailers must be returned through the original seller.
  • Returned items must be complete, in their original packaging, and in unused condition. This includes all parts, accessories, manuals, etc.
  • If your purchase included a gift or promotional item, it must also be returned to receive a full refund.


How does the return work?

1) Create Your Return Label & Customers declaration form

  • Click here to generate your free UPS return label & customs declaration form
  • You will be redirected to our return portal
  • Enter your order number and email address within the portal
  • You will then be provided with your return documents


2) Print Required Documents

Important: Please print both the UPS Return Label and the Customs Declaration Form. Failure to include both may cause delays or issues with your return.


3) Attach the UPS Return Label

  • Affix the label securely to the package.
  • Remove or cover any old shipping/tracking labels.
  • Fold at the line and place in a UPS pouch, or tape securely with clear plastic tape.
  • Drop off at any UPS location.


4) Customs Declaration Form

  • Print 3 copies: 1 inside the box & 2 for the UPS drop-off
  • We also recommend printing a 4th copy for your records


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • This may take up to 14 days.
  • Items missing parts, original packaging, or manuals may not be fully refunded.


Return Window

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.


Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free of charge when using the UPS return label provided through our portal.
