You can return your products ordered on stokke.com free of charge within 30 days of delivery using this special return label.

Which Items Can be Returned?

  • Stokke® only accepts returns of items purchased on stokke.com. Products purchased through any other sales channel must be processed through the respective retailer. Please contact the retailer directly for more information.
  • Customised items cannot be returned.
  • All returned items must be complete, in their original packaging and in their original condition. This includes all parts of the item, accessories, manuals, etc.
  • If your purchase included a gift, promotional item or bonus item, this must also be returned in order to receive a refund.

Which Items Can be Returned?

  • Click here to create your own free return label via our website and simply follow the instructions.
  • We will provide you with all the information you need to create the label, which you will then receive by email for printing or as a QR code.
  • Now just print out the label, stick it clearly visible on the parcel box and hand it in at a nearby parcel station.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • As soon as we receive your parcel, we will process the refund. This can take up to 14 days in total.

How long can I return my order?

  • You can return your order to Stokke® within 30 days.

How much does it cost to return items?

  • The return is free of charge for you. We will cover the costs provided that you use a personalized return label from the portal of our shipping partner DHL.
