Returns & Exchanges
What items can be returned?
Stokke.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Please note we will not accept returns for products purchased at another retailer. All items eligible for return may be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery and meet the following requirements:
- In "like new" condition
- In the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, manuals etc.
- Include original packing slip
How to return a product
In order to process your return, please request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) by contacting Stokke customer service.
Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging to ensure that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service, and request a tracking number. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.
Once Items are received and we processed we will issue a refund in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Most refunds are refunded within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and process your return at our warehouse.
Incorrect items, missing parts or merchandise damaged from shipping, may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale and not returnable.
