1. Promoter
This promotional offer is made available by Stokke LLC ("Stokke"), in collaboration with Little Spoon Inc, 31 Bond Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10013 United States (“Little Spoon”)
2. Promotional Period
The offer is valid for in relation to the purchase of an Eligible Product (defined below) which is made between [8/20/2026] and [2/28/2027] (“Promotional Period”).
3. Eligibility
This offer is available to legal residents of the United States aged 18 years or older who purchase a Stokke Clikk® or Stokke Steps® children's chair (each, an "Eligible Product") during the Promotional Period through a participating channel.
Eligible customers who make a qualifying purchase may receive a Voucher Code in accordance with these Terms. Little Spoon is solely responsible for determining whether a customer satisfies the eligibility requirements for redemption of the Voucher Code, including whether the customer qualifies as a new Little Spoon customer.
4. Eligible Products
The eligible products are the Stokke Clikk® or Stokke Steps® children’s chair (“Eligible Products”).
5. Voucher Code and Offer
The Voucher Code may only be redeemed by customers who are new customers of Little Spoon at the time of redemption. The Voucher Code entitles eligible customers to:
(a) 50% off their first qualifying Little Spoon order; and
(b) 15% off their second qualifying Little Spoon order.
The discount applies only to the purchase price of qualifying products and does not apply to taxes, shipping charges, handling fees or other charges unless expressly stated by Little Spoon.
All customers who purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotional Period may receive a Voucher Code. However, the discounts associated with the Voucher Code may only be redeemed by individuals who are first-time Little Spoon customers, and only in connection with their first and second qualifying purchases from Little Spoon.
"New Little Spoon customer" means an individual who has never previously purchased any product or subscription from Little Spoon and who does not currently hold, and has not previously held, a Little Spoon customer account.
6. Redemption
The voucher:
- may only be redeemed at www.littlespoon.com (“Website”) and cannot be redeemed in store;
- must be redeemed on or before [2/28/2027].
- may only be used once;
- may not be combined with other offers unless permitted by Little Spoon;
- may only be used for the purchase of qualifying Little Spoon products
- is non-transferable to any third party and may not be resold.
- May only be used in relation to your first and second orders
There may be additional terms and conditions which apply to the use of the Voucher Code on the Little Spoon website, such as the products which may be purchased.
7. Returns and Refunds
If a qualifying Stokke purchase is returned, cancelled or refunded, Stokke reserves the right to cancel the issued Voucher Code.
8. Little Spoon Products and Website
The Website is owned and operated by Little Spoon. Stokke has no responsibility or liability for any content, functionality or accessibility of the Website. All Little Spoon products, services, subscriptions, website functionality, ordering processes, order fulfilment, delivery and customer support are provided solely by Little Spoon.
Stokke does not manufacture, supply, guarantee or assume responsibility for Little Spoon products or services. In particular Stokke has no responsibility for the quality or availability of the Little Spoon products. Any claims, representations or information relating to Little Spoon products are made solely by Little Spoon.
All queries, complaints or claims relating to Little Spoon products or services should be directed to Little Spoon.
9. No Endorsement
This offer is part of a limited promotional collaboration between Stokke and Little Spoon.
By participating in this promotion, Stokke does not endorse and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the quality, content, use or suitability of any of Little Spoon’s products. In particular, Stokke makes no representation regarding nutritional, dietary, or allergen content of any Little Spoon products, their quality, safety, suitability, or availability nor any representation in relation to their organic content. Nothing in this offer shall be construed as medical nutritional or healthcare advice.
Consumers should review all product information provided by Little Spoon before purchase or consumption of the products.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stokke shall not be responsible or liable in any way for:
- lost, stolen or corrupted voucher codes;
- technical failures affecting the Website or the redemption of the Voucher Codes;
- availability or functionality of the Website;
- the products or services supplied by Little Spoon;
- acts or omissions of Little Spoon.
- the compliance of Little Spoon with the applicable food, health and labelling regulations
11. Modification or Termination
Stokke reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the offer, at any time during the Promotional Period where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to in circumstances where there are issues of fraud, technical issues, legal requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Social Media
The offer may be promoted through either Stokke or Little Spoon’s social media channels, including Instagram.
No social media channel provider is a sponsor, administrator or participant in this promotion.
13. Privacy
Stokke does not share your personal data with Little Spoon solely as a result of your participation in this promotion. Any information you subsequently provide directly to Little Spoon will be processed by Little Spoon in accordance with its privacy policy.
14. Governing law
These terms, the promotion and any claim, dispute, or issue arising out of it, is governed by the applicable laws of the state of New York.
Any legal action or proceedings arising out of or relating to these terms or the promotion shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
