Yes, most folding strollers can be taken on planes, either as a carry on or as check in luggage. Our YOYO³ stroller is compact enough to fit in most airlines' overhead compartments meaning you can travel with confidence.

How do I travel with a stroller?

When travelling with a stroller, you have three options: check it into the hold, check it in at the gate, or carry it onboard and store it in the overhead compartment. To store a travel stroller onboard ensure your collapsible stroller meets the cabin baggage dimensions, like the YOYO³.

Does a travel stroller count as carry on?

Yes, a foldable, travel stroller is usually treated as carry on luggage. However, we do recommend checking with your airline for the latest cabin luggage allowances before travelling.

Do I need a stroller travel bag?

You don't need a travel bag, but it can help protect your stroller from damage. Some airlines ask that strollers be bagged if checked in so it's best to check with your carrier ahead of travelling.
