- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the shipping address.
- Stokke does not deliver to parcel lockers or pickup points. However, the carrier may redirect your shipment to the nearest pickup location if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. Please note that Stokke has no control over these logistics processes.
- External factors such as severe weather conditions, peak order periods, and holidays may cause delivery delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of confirmation. You can cancel your order via the confirmation page, your order confirmation email, or through your account on Stokke.com.
Order Changes
- Unfortunately, once an order has been confirmed, no changes can be made.
- We recommend cancelling the order (within the allowed timeframe) and placing a new one with the correct items.
Shipment Tracking
- You will receive automatic shipping updates by email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If any item or part is missing or damaged, contact Stokke Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
