Do the 2 angles on the Stokke® Bounce ‘n’ Sleep bouncer mean it can be used as a crib substitute?

The tilted position of the bouncer is ideal for feeding (i.e. a 30 degree angle to avoid reflux). The reclined position provides optimal support and comfort for your baby to rest a while, but, due to differing safety standards, the Stokke® Bounce ‘n’ Sleep Bouncer does not replace a proper cot or bassinette.
