How should I maintain the textiles of the Stokke® MyCarrier?
Most stains can be removed with a damp cloth. When you do decide to wash the carrier textiles, please follow the washing instructions on the care label. The front and back carrier can both be machine washed at 40°C. The main harness should be hand washed at 30°C. Remove the aluminium back support of the latter before washing. Do not tumble dry or iron the product.

How long can I keep my child/newborn in the Stokke® MyCarrier™?
As babies need to change position regularly, we recommend keeping your child in the Stokke® MyCarrier ™ for no more than 20 minutes at a time during the first few months and then increasing it slightly every month as the baby grows and develops.
What is the maximum weight for the back carrier of the Stokke® MyCarrier™?
The maximum weight for the back carrier of the Stokke® MyCarrier™ is 15kg.
From what age can the Stokke® MyCarrier be used?
The Stokke® MyCarrier™ has 3 positions:
The Front Carrier with baby is parent facing (inwards): this can be used from a weight of 3.5 kg and a length of 53 cm. or 7.7 lbs. / 21"; Stokke recommends that the front carrier in parent facing position is used from the approximate age of 4 weeks.
The Front Carrier with baby facing outwards: can be used once the child can support its head unaided; Stokke® recommends using the outwards facing front Carrier from the approximate age of 5 months.
The Back Carrier: this can be used from the moment the child can sit fully upright, unaided; from the approximate age of 9 months and up to a maximum weight of 15kg.
