Sind die Stokke® Autositzadapter mit allen Xplory® Kinderwägen kompatibel?
Die Stokke® Autositz Adapter sind mit Xplory® Kinderwägen ab der Seriennummer 24771 kompatibel. Frühere Modelle können nicht angepasst werden, damit der Adapter passt. Unser Stokke® iZi Sleep™ BeSafe® Autositz, welcher 2010 eingeführt wurde, wurde speziell so anpasst, um direkt auf das Gestell des Stokke® Xplory® Kinderwagens ohne Adapter zu passen. Er kann für alle Stokke® Xplory® Gestelle genutzt werden, unabhängig von Modell oder Produktionsjahr. Warum passt das Stokke® Xplory® Mitfahrbrett nicht an meinen Stokke® Xplory® Kinderwagen?
The Stokke® Xplory® stroller was not originally designed to be used with a sibling board, simply because it did not exist at the time. In response to customer feedback over the first years our product development team worked hard to come up with an add-on solution that would not compromise the safety or stability of the stroller. They found that this could only be achieved by modifying the chassis in a way which cannot be carried out retroactively, on earlier Stokke® Xplory® strollers. The Stokke® Xplory® Sibling Board was only introduced in October 2009 and it is therefore only compatible with Stokke® Xplory® strollers produced from that date on. To be more precise, it will fit on Stokke® Xplory® strollers with serial number 113464 and above. It goes without saying that it fits on all strollers of the new V3 model, launched in 2010. "The Stokke® Xplory® stroller seat has been approved in the EU for use from the age of 6 months, so this is what we recommend. In the UK the Xplory seat is certified suitable from birth with the use of the baby wedge, due to differing standards. It is, however, up to individual parents to decide what is suitable for their child. In general, babies at this age should lie on a horizontal surface as much as possible, to offer optimal support to the spine and to facilitate breathing. Stokke® Xplory® stroller seat does recline to a near-vertical position and there is no specific reason not to use it for babies under 6 months. It is vitally important to make sure that the child is able to support its head. In any case, children to the age of approximately 6 months should not be kept in a pram for extended periods." If your Stokke® Xplory® is damaged, we kindly ask you to contact the shop where you originally purchased the product and provide them with information regarding the damage as well as the stroller's serial number. If it is inconvenient to contact the original retailer, you can also contact any other Stokke® retail partner for assistance. At the top of our website www.stokke.com, under 'Find your retailer', you can search for one nearest you. Depending on the type of problem, the retailer will be able either to order a replacement part on your behalf or to have the chair replaced in its entirety. Whether this can be done under the terms of Stokke® product warranty will depend on whether the claim is made within the warranty period, if it does not fall under the warranty period - costs may be incurred. For more information on Stokke® product warranty and how to register your Stokke® Xplory® stroller for Extended Warranty (3 years after the date of purchase), please follow this link: http://w.stokke.com/#/ Replacements for missing parts of the Stokke® Xplory®, such as wheels, can be ordered directly from your local Stokke® retailer. Sind Stokke® Xplory® Kinderwagensitze und Babyschalen mit dem Stokke® Xplory® Rahmen von allen Modellen kompatibel?
Yes, Stokke® Xplory® Stroller Seats and Carry Cots are compatible with Stokke® Xplory® frames across the different models (V1, V2 and V3). However, the seat upholstery for V1-V2 strollers is not compatible with seats of the Xplory® V3 and vice versa. Should you wish to upgrade the look of your V1/V2 Xplory® or wish to replace the textiles, a V3 XPLORY® Seat + Style Kit Seat (i.e. complete seat including textiles and standard accessories) is available, which can be mounted on Xplory® frames regardless of the model.
