    Shipping

    Stokke.com orders ship within two business days of the order being placed and take 3-7 business days to arrive by standard ground shipping. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons, holidays and pandemics may delay shipment.

    Return & Refund Policy

    Stokke.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Please note we will not accept returns for products purchased at another retailer. All items eligible for return may be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery and meet the following requirements:

    • In "like new" condition
    • In the original packaging, including all parts, accessories, manuals etc.
    • Include a RMA

    All strollers & furniture are subject to a restocking fee up to 30%.

    All accessories are subject to a flat rate return fee of $9.99.

    The refund may be refused if the condition of the product does not meet our return requirements.

    • Used strollers

    In order to process your return, please request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return shipping label by contacting Stokke® customer service via email: info-usa@stokke.com or calling: (877) 978-6553. Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging to ensure that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.

    Refunds less return/restock fees will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale and not returnable. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for a return to be processed and a refund to be issued.
