Stokke® Trailz™ Update

Dear Stokke® Trailz™  customer

 

With reference to our December 19 announcement regarding the Stokke® Trailz™  handle joint, we appreciate your cooperation to return your chassis. After some delays, we will start the handle replacement from February 10.

 

You will be contacted by your retailer as soon as they have more detailed information about the timings related to your chassis. If you have not yet been in contact with your retailer, we kindly ask you to take contact immediately in order to make the necessary arrangements.

Stokke® Trailz™ Update

Dear Stokke® Trailz™ customer

With reference to our announcement of December 19th 2014 regarding the Stokke® Trailz™ handle joint, we appreciate your cooperation to return your chassis. We have made the necessary adjustments and will shortly start production of the new handle.

We do expect to start the handle replacement on the chassis from the last week of January.

You will receive further information about the timings related to your chassis from your contact person, as soon as they have more details.

If you have not yet been in contact with your point of purchase regarding your Stokke® Trailz™ chassis, we kindly ask you to take contact immediately in order to make the necessary arrangements.

For new customers, Stokke® Trailz™ will be available in the stores from the beginning of February.

Stokke® Trailz handle

Stokke recalls Stokke® Trailz chassis. A limited number of customers have reported that the handle joint of Stokke® Trailz may break during use. This may cause a fall hazard. No injuries have been reported.

The safety and well-being of the children using our products are our foremost concerns. Therefore, Stokke requests that all customers in possession of Stokke® Trailz stop using the product.

We kindly ask our Stokke® Trailz customers to return the chassis to the original point of purchase for upgrade. A different Stokke® chassis will be made available at no cost while the Stokke® Trailz chassis is being upgraded. Please remember to register your Stokke® Trailz in our extended warranty database at Stokke.com.

The Stokke® Trailz was recently launched and has been sold in limited quantities in Europe and the United States. The product has been approved according to all relevant safety standards related to strollers worldwide.

This action is being undertaken to ensure the safety of our customers as a continuous commitment to maintain the highest possible standards of safety and product quality at all times.
