  • How should I clean and maintain my Stokke® Home™ Cradle?

    Stokke® Home™ Cradle may be cleaned and maintained in the following way: Remove all textiles, including the mattress and machine wash at 40° Celsius/ 104° Fahrenheit. Do not tumble dry. To clean the wood stand: wipe it with a soft, damp (not wet!) clothe, then wipe it down with a dry clothe until completely dry. Refrain from using a micro fiber cloth or household detergents as they may damage the finish of the cradle. Colours may change if the wood is exposed to the sunlight. Läs mer

    Yes. You can place the two Cradles towards each side of the bed with a space between. Please note: This can only be done as long as the babies are small enough for the Stokke® Home™ Cradles.     No, it is not allowed to add something to the sides of the child, as the seat is not tested and approved this way. The seat has been tested thoroughly with various dummy sizes representing babies' measurements and has passed all tests successfully, so that adding more to the side is not needed for safety. Order change/cancellation

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel an already submitted order. If you want to cancel your order, you have following options:

  • You can claim your right of return. Please visit "Shipping & Returns" for guidance on how to proceed.
  • You can refuse to accept delivery of your full order when it arrives. Your complete order will then be returned to the sender. As soon as your product arrives in our warehouse, the refund takes place.  Please note that this is only possible if you refuse to accept the complete order.  You can then place a new order on stokke.com as usual.

 

Shipping methods:

Stokke cooperates with a number of carriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, Postnord and more. Stokke reserves the right to choose a carrier that is best suited for your order. It can depend on your region and the size of the order. You can see the specific delivery time for your country if you click the details button next to the delivery method in your shopping cart.

Orders are shipped on normal business days between Monday – Friday, with the exception of holidays. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can delay the shipment of your order.

Return & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Stokke purchase, you may return the products you are not satisfied with for any reason within 30 days.

If you have received a damaged item, have missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact Stokke Customer Service here. Stokke should be informed of incorrect merchandise or merchandise damaged from shipping immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery in order to process a refund.

What items can be returned?

Stokke.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted. All returned items must be:

 

  • In "like new" condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Including all parts, accessories, manuals etc

  • The return is free of charge for you.

  • Please follow the steps on your personal return label.
  • Please note, that we will keep the shipping fee even if you return the parcel.

What is not refunded? 

  • No refund will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals. 

 

Return shipping charges 

  • We will refund the customer the full amount.
