  • Do I need a pump to inflate the CloudSleeper™?

    No, the CloudSleeper™ comes with an integrated pump. You will not need any additional or external tools to inflate it. Inflate by pushing with both hands down on the pump area or by using your foot. When inflating, remember to have the valve cap open on the pump and close the deflation valve at the opposite end.   • How do I clean the CloudSleeper™?

    You can wash the cover in the washing machine at a recommended 30 degrees Celsius cycle. We recommend 30 degrees Celsius (cold wash). However, 40 degrees Celsius (warm wash) is also an option. To dry, we recommend putting the cover on the base, inflate it, and let dry while inflated. To clean the inflatable base, wipe off any dirt or stains using a wet cloth. Läs mer

  • How do I pack it down after I use the CloudSleeper™?

    After usage, simply open the deflation valve cap at the opposite end of the pump and roll up the mattress firmly one time to deplete all air. Then unroll and fold along the numbered and dotted lines printed on the back. Finally, put the mattress back into the packing cube and close the packing cube with the zipper. If needed, you may also use the additional zipper to compress the CloudSleeper™ further. Läs mer

  • How can I transfer the Canopy from the Xplory® X Seat to Carry cot?

    Please follow the instructions from the user guide. Fully open the attachment zipper. Use a key, screwdriver, or something alike to push down the pin from the inside of the hood mount bracket to release the canopy from the seat. Do this on both sides. Place the hood mount brackets including the canopy on the carry cot. You know it is placed right when you hear it click. Close the zipper and fold back the textile. Läs mer

    The dotted lines are there to make it easy and quick for you to pack down the CloudSleeper™ into the packing cube.   After use, open the deflation valve and roll up the CloudSleeper™ first, starrting from the pump side.  Then unroll it, and fold it along the dotted lines, starting with lines number 1 and 2.   • Can the seat rail of the Xplory® X be purchased as a spare part?

    Yes, the seat rail is available as a spare part. The seat rail is only compatible with the Xplory® X and V6. Please be aware that the brown V6 leatherette is slightly darker then the Xplory® X. Läs mer

  • Can the carry cot be used in my car?

    No, in some countries it might be common to use a carry cot in the car, however the Xplory® X carry cot is not designed for this purpose. For the safety of your child, we advise to use an approved and certified car seat instead. Läs mer

Order change/cancellation

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel an already submitted order. If you want to cancel your order, you have following options:

  • You can claim your right of return. Please visit "Shipping & Returns" for guidance on how to proceed.
  • You can refuse to accept delivery of your full order when it arrives. Your complete order will then be returned to the sender. As soon as your product arrives in our warehouse, the refund takes place.  Please note that this is only possible if you refuse to accept the complete order.  You can then place a new order on stokke.com as usual.

 

Shipping methods:

Stokke cooperates with a number of carriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, Postnord and more. Stokke reserves the right to choose a carrier that is best suited for your order. It can depend on your region and the size of the order. You can see the specific delivery time for your country if you click the details button next to the delivery method in your shopping cart.

Orders are shipped on normal business days between Monday – Friday, with the exception of holidays. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can delay the shipment of your order.

Return & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Stokke purchase, you may return the products you are not satisfied with for any reason within 30 days.

If you have received a damaged item, have missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact Stokke Customer Service here. Stokke should be informed of incorrect merchandise or merchandise damaged from shipping immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery in order to process a refund.

What items can be returned?

Stokke.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted. All returned items must be:

 

  • In "like new" condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Including all parts, accessories, manuals etc

  • The return is free of charge for you.

  • Please note, that we will keep the shipping fee even if you return the parcel.

What is not refunded? 

  • No refund will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals.

  • We will refund the customer the full amount.
