    Made exclusively to fit the unique shape of the Stokke® Sleepi™ Mini or bed, our liner is both breathable, soft and beautiful. The modern 3D mesh fabric provides optimal airflow for a safe sleep. ​ - Start with the seam parallel to the Bed end - Attach the Velcro straps to the crib rails going around - Always make sure the mesh liner is fixed correctly and tightly to avoid sagging. Check frequently that all velcro straps are firmly tied to the crib rails.     We suggest a minimum age of 2 years, as most airlines assign children their own seat from that age. In addition, the bed feature of the BedBox™ requires a full seat for use.     Technically, yes! the BedBox™ should be stowed during the periods of turbulence and this is easily done by putting it under the seat in front. However, this depends on the severity of the turbulence and the crew's instructions about this. Not in all cases of turbulence will you be required to stow luggage and comfort devices and this applies as well for the BedBox™. In any case, we recommend your child has the seatbelt fastened to guarantee safety when unexpected turbulence occurs. Order change/cancellation

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel an already submitted order. If you want to cancel your order, you have following options:

  • You can claim your right of return. Please visit "Shipping & Returns" for guidance on how to proceed.
  • You can refuse to accept delivery of your full order when it arrives. Your complete order will then be returned to the sender. As soon as your product arrives in our warehouse, the refund takes place.  Please note that this is only possible if you refuse to accept the complete order.  You can then place a new order on stokke.com as usual.

 

Shipping methods:

Stokke cooperates with a number of carriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, Postnord and more. Stokke reserves the right to choose a carrier that is best suited for your order. It can depend on your region and the size of the order. You can see the specific delivery time for your country if you click the details button next to the delivery method in your shopping cart.

Orders are shipped on normal business days between Monday – Friday, with the exception of holidays. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can delay the shipment of your order.

Return & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Stokke purchase, you may return the products you are not satisfied with for any reason within 30 days.

If you have received a damaged item, have missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact Stokke Customer Service here. Stokke should be informed of incorrect merchandise or merchandise damaged from shipping immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery in order to process a refund.

What items can be returned?

Stokke.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted. All returned items must be:

 

  • In "like new" condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Including all parts, accessories, manuals etc

 

Important information regarding your return

  • The return is free of charge for you.

  • Please follow the steps on your personal return label.
  • Please note, that we will keep the shipping fee even if you return the parcel.

What is not refunded? 

  • No refund will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals. 

 

Return shipping charges 

  • We will refund the customer the full amount.
