    The BedBox™ is indeed delivered to you ''plain'' but it includes a set of stickers for your child to decorate it with. You can choose to decorate it or not, and even remove the stickers at any point if you change your mind. This won't leave any trace or residue on the case. Läs mer

  • Why do the Stokke® Limas™ carriers only propose inward-facing carrying options?

    We recommend three positions for the Stokke® Limas™ carriers: front carry facing-in, hip carrying facing-in and back carrying facing-in. This excludes the baby facing outwards. Here are the reasons why: In the Stokke® Limas™ carriers, only the facing-in carrying positions allow your baby to sit in an ergonomic "M" shaped spread-squat position with a rounded back posture (babies' backs are not yet strong enough to hold themselves straight like an adult). This position is impossible to achieve with the baby facing outwards. When your child is sitting inward-facing in a Stokke® Limas™ carrier, they can snuggle against the person carrying them, can put their head down to shield themselves from external stimuli if they are too intense or simply if they want to go to sleep. This is only possible if the baby is facing the wearer. When you’re carrying your child facing inward, they stay close to your center of gravity. The weight is nicely distributed around your body, which makes babywearing very comfortable. In an outward-facing position, the weight of the child is not as close to the wearer's body and will tend to pull forwards, thus creating tension in the wearer’s back. Läs mer

  • Why are the 6 assembling screws hard to tighten and counter tighten?

    We have chosen to treat all Stokke®Nomi® screws with Tuflok® blue coloured glue, which prevents the screws from loosening up over time and reduces the need to retighten the screws. It takes a little more effort to turn these screws, and you must counter-tighten the four screws in the foot of the chair (with the large Allen Key). This ensures the best possible safety and reduces the need to retighten the screws. Note: Do not use power tools for assembling your Nomi, as their torque might damage the components. Läs mer

  • How do I attach the adjustment handle?

    Don't force the knobs, you can potentially cross thread them. Gently turn to lock onto threading and turn clockwise until tightened. Be sure to turn the washer correctly – it fits into the adjustment handle. Be aware that the handles come attached to the bolts, so the thread and gates are checked prior to boxing. Any flawed thread is therefore the result of wrong assembling. Läs mer

Order change/cancellation

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel an already submitted order. If you want to cancel your order, you have following options:

  • You can claim your right of return. Please visit "Shipping & Returns" for guidance on how to proceed.
  • You can refuse to accept delivery of your full order when it arrives. Your complete order will then be returned to the sender. As soon as your product arrives in our warehouse, the refund takes place.  Please note that this is only possible if you refuse to accept the complete order.  You can then place a new order on stokke.com as usual.

 

Shipping methods:

Stokke cooperates with a number of carriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, Postnord and more. Stokke reserves the right to choose a carrier that is best suited for your order. It can depend on your region and the size of the order. You can see the specific delivery time for your country if you click the details button next to the delivery method in your shopping cart.

Orders are shipped on normal business days between Monday – Friday, with the exception of holidays. Please note that weather, peak shopping seasons and shipping holidays can delay the shipment of your order.

Return & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Stokke purchase, you may return the products you are not satisfied with for any reason within 30 days.

If you have received a damaged item, have missing parts, or incorrect items, please contact Stokke Customer Service here. Stokke should be informed of incorrect merchandise or merchandise damaged from shipping immediately and no later than 48 hours after delivery in order to process a refund.

What items can be returned?

Stokke.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted. All returned items must be:

 

  • In "like new" condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Including all parts, accessories, manuals etc

  • The return is free of charge for you.

  • Please follow the steps on your personal return label.
  • Please note, that we will keep the shipping fee even if you return the parcel.
  • Please do not hesitate to contact our Stokke Customer Services if you have any questions.

What is not refunded? 

  • No refund will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals. 

 

Return shipping charges 

  • We will refund the customer the full amount.
