  • フレキシバスの対象年齢を教えてください。

    対象年齢は0～4歳頃です。新生児のお子さまは、0～8ヶ月頃、8kgまで使えるニューボーンサポート（別売）をお使いいただくとより快適に沐浴することができます。

  • フレキシバスのプラスチック素材は、赤ちゃんに安全なものですか？

    フレキシバスとニューボーンサポートに使われている素材は耐久性があり、重金属やフタル酸エステル等の有害な物質は含まれていません。

  • 使用時の注意点があれば教えてください。

    沐浴時、フレキシバスの中では水とお子さま用の石鹸のみお使いください。ボディオイルなどの油分を含んだ液体の過度な使用は、素材を傷める可能性がありますので避けてください。

    フレキシバスの折りたたみ用フックを持って、持ち上げることはしないでください。取扱説明書に沿って正しくご使用いただければ、長くお使いいただけます。

    湿度のある場所ではカビが発生することがありますので、ご使用後はしっかりと乾かし、多湿の場所を避けて収納してください。

  • フレキシバスの重さを教えてください。

    重さは1.3 kgです。

  • どのくらいの水量で使えば良いですか？

    以下の水位でのご利用をおすすめします。

    8ヶ月頃までの赤ちゃんの場合：およそ3分の1の高さ（10リットル程度）
    それ以上のお子さまの場合：およそ3分の2の高さ（20リットル程度）

  • フレキシバスのサイズを教えてください。

    サイズは以下の通りです。
    開いた状態：66x24x35cm
    折りたたんだ状態：63x24x10cm

  • What are the Flexi Bath® Toy Cups made of? Are they safe for my child - even if they place them in their mouths?

    The Toy Cups have undergone extensive testing and are safe for your child.

    They are made of food graded TPE, free from PVC, phthalates, BPA and other harmful substances

  • How do I take care of them?

    Please wash them after each use with a clean cloth and water to remove any remaining soap, foam residue or bath oil. Then simply towel dry.

    Optionally, they are also dishwasher safe. Let them dry separately and stack them for easy storage. We recommend using only water, children’s soap and shampoo in the tub.

  • Can I remove the safety sticker on the Stokke® Flexi Bath®?

    For safety reasons please do not remove the label. This label has important information. Removing the sticker may damage the materials or leave glue residue.
