Stokke® Crusi™

Bilsete-adaptere, slik som de som finnes til Stokke® Xplory® barnevogn, finnes ikke til Stokke Crusi™. Årsaken til dette er at bilstolene til de merkene som det finnes Stokke® bilstol-adaptere til, har seler som er synlige på baksiden. I Stokke® Crusi™  kan dette utgjøre en sikkerhetsrisiko hvis bilstolen brukes sammen med søskensetet, ettersom barnet i søskensetet under kan ta tak i selene til bilstolen over. Bilstolene Stokke® IziSleep™ og IziGo™ er egnet til bruk på Stokke® Crusi™ barnevogner. Sikkerhetsselene på disse bilstolene ligger gjemt og er derfor sikre i kombinasjon med bruk av søskensetet. Alt vi gjør er med tanke på barnets sikkerhet. Av og til kan dette medføre at våre produkter ikke er kompatible med produkter til andre produsenter.

The chassis and wheels of Stokke® Crusi™ clean easily, removing dirt, mud, and other outdoor elements simply with a damp cloth without the need for detergents or other cleaning chemicals. 

Unlike other conventional strollers, all Stokke® Stroller and Crusi™ fabrics and textiles are easily removed as well as being fully machine washable at 40°Celsius/ 104° Fahrenheit. 

If your Stokke® Crusi™ is damaged, we kindly ask you to contact the shop where you originally purchased the product and provide them with information regarding the damage as well as the stroller's serial number. If it is inconvenient to contact the original retailer, you can also contact any other Stokke® retail partner for assistance.

At the top of our website www.stokke.com, under 'Find your retailer', you can search for one nearest you. Depending on the type of problem, the retailer will be able either to order a replacement part on your behalf or to have the chair replaced in its entirety. Whether this can be done under the terms of Stokke® product warranty will depend on whether the claim is made within the warranty period, if it does not fall under the warranty period - costs may be incurred.

Replacements for missing parts of the Stokke® Crusi™, such as wheels, can be ordered directly from your local Stokke® retailer. The details you enter in your registration must correspond to those on the original proof of purchase, both of which must be provided at your chosen authorized Stokke® retailer. You will also be asked for the serial number which can be found underneath Stokke® Crusi™. After completing the registration, the registration certificate will be sent to you via email. You can place your claim for replacement parts with the retailer producing both the registration certificate and the original proof of purchase.

The parasol sold with the Stokke® Stroller has been tested by an independent testing institute for the level of UV protection it affords and it was found to have an Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) of 50, which is classified as "Excellent Protection". However, it is still recommended to avoid exposing young children to direct sunlight for extended periods. 

Setet som brukes på Stokke® Crusi™ er identisk til det som brukes til Stokke® Xplory®. Babybagene er derimot forskjellige og passer ikke til den henholdsvis andre vognen.

Stokke® Crusi™ barnevogner kan brukes inntil barnet er omtrent 3 år gammelt.

Vektgrensen for babybagen er 9 kg. Regelen er at Crusi™ babybagen kun må brukes inntil barnet selv kan sitte oppreist.

Søskensetet kan brukes inntil barnet veier 15 kg eller er 95 cm langt.

Trekket, kalesjen og visiret til Stokke® Crusi™ bør håndvaskes. De ytre tekstilene kan tørkes med fuktig klut, foret og madrasstrekket kan vaskes ved 40 grader.

Stokke® Crusi™ kan utstyres med en kombinasjon av babybag og søskensete, det vanlige setet og søskensete, eller en kombinasjon av enten Stokke® IziSleep™ eller IziGo™ bilstol og søskensete. Det er ikke mulig å bruke to søskenseter samtidig.

Den europeiske sikkerhetsstandarden for barnevogner, EN 1888, krever en vinkel på minst 150 grader mellom setebunn og -rygg for at et sete skal være egnet for bruk til nyfødte. Stokke® Xplory® / Crusi™ setet tilsvarer ikke denne spesifikasjonen og er derfor i EU ikke egnet or bruk for barn som er yngre enn 6 måneder. I Storbritannia derimot gjelder en annen sikkerhetsstandard som ikke inneholder overnevnte krav. Stokke® Xplory® / Crusi™ setet er dermed egnet for nyfødte i Storbritannia.

Nei, men det finnes søskensete.

Stokke® Crusi™ understell er kompatibelt med alle Stokke® Xplory® og Crusi™ seter, til og med fra eldre Xplory® modeller. Legg merke til at bare seter fra og med serienummer 280000 er tilpasset bruk i kombinasjon med søskensetet.

Stokke® Crusi™ offers 3 parent facing and two forward facing positions.

 

The new wheel sets, both Classic wheels and Terrain wheels, are not compatible with Crusi™, they are designed to the Trailz™ Chassis.

However, Crusi™ wheels will continue to be available as a spare part until fall 2019.

Nei, de klassiske hjulene, på tross av at de er laget av samme materiale og ser like ut som dagens hjulsett for Crusi™, er de ikke kompatibel med Crusi™ understellet. Trailz™ terrenghjulene er heller ikke kompatible med Crusi™.

Stokke® has been listening to consumer feedbacks on their experiences and expectations for our products .

The two key improvement areas for Crusi™ are 1) Crusi™ users wants to have a rotation handle and 2) Crusi™ users would like to have more storage space for the shopping basket.

These improvement areas lead us to Trailz™ chassis with Classic wheels. From Oct/Nov, 2016, Stokke® will stop selling Crusi™ Chassis (apart from Korea and China) and offer Trailz™ with two wheel options. Classis wheel options are the same type of wheels we have used in Crusi™.

For consumer who does not have all terrain wheel needs, Trailz™ with classic wheels offers the same ride comfort as of Crusi™ with upgraded rotation handle and a 10kg capacity shopping basket. (Crusi™ chassis is with telescope handle and 5 kg capacity shopping basket)
